We ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice so we can source fresh ingredients and craft your cupcakes with the care they deserve. For large orders of 24 or more, the more notice the better — get in touch as early as you can.
Absolutely — that's what we do. Tell us your colours, theme, occasion, or any inspiration you have, and we'll work with you to bring it to life. Every order is made specifically for you, so no two boxes are ever the same.
Payment is made by bank transfer in two stages. Once we've agreed your order and confirmed the final price, a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining 50% is due before collection. We'll send our bank details when we reply to your order request.
We are a collection-only bakery at the moment. When we confirm your order we'll agree a collection time that works for you. Collection details will be shared once your order is confirmed and payment received.
We offer vegan, non-dairy, and diabetic-friendly options. However, our cupcakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Please mention any allergies clearly in your order notes and we will advise you before confirming. We take allergen requests seriously and will always be transparent about what we can and cannot accommodate.
Our minimum order is 6 cupcakes. This applies to all flavours and designs. If you'd like to mix flavours within one order, just let us know in your notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Life happens — we understand. If you need to cancel or make changes, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Changes can usually be accommodated if you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations after payment has been made may be subject to a partial charge if ingredients have already been purchased.
